ABRA Expands Glass Service in N.C. with Acquisitions

Aug. 25, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass has acquired two North Carolina glass services in an effort to increase its glass presence in Charlotte, the company announced recently.

The acquisitions of Deals Auto Glass Service and Kimble Glass Services, brings the company’s portfolio to 239 centers across 19 states.

“We have recently established a track record of success in the Charlotte market and want to continue to evolve and grow in the region,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and chief executive officer. “We have received tremendous support from the community and our insurance partners. Expanding our glass offerings allows us to become a trusted partner by showing customers firsthand the operational excellence and superior processes that make us an industry leader.”

ABRA plans to continue expanding in the future as part of its “aggressive national growth strategy,” the company announced in a press release.
