April 18, 2016—FinishMaster Inc. announced Friday that it has completed the acquisition of Zitco Inc. doing business as Lowell’s PCE.
The acquisition broadens FinishMaster’s reach in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, where Lowell’s has been a key PBE distributor for more than 40 years from its shop in Edina, Minn.
