Mitchell Honors Shops with AutocheX Customer Service Awards

April 23, 2014—Mitchell has honored nearly 400 shops across the U.S. and Canada with its 2013 AutocheX Solution Premier Achiever Awards, recognizing shops for high achievements in customer satisfaction.

AutocheX is Mitchell International’s customer experience management service, and the annual Premier Achiever awards program is now in its 12th year. The awards honor body shops that consistently achieve “extremely high” customer satisfaction scores as measured by AutocheX or as part of an insurance-sponsored repair program, according to a Mitchell release.

“For the 11th year in a row, we are delighted to sponsor the Premier Achiever Awards and to recognize the tremendous accomplishments of Collision Care and all the 2013 winners,” said Jim O’Leary, vice president of Mitchell Repair Solutions. “The high satisfaction scores of these elite collision repair facilities in North America clearly demonstrate their ongoing commitment to their customers, and set the bar very high for customer experience management in our industry.”

Collision Care Auto Body Centers, a seven-facility multiple-shop operation in the Philadelphia area, was one of the recipients.
