MAACO, AudaExplore Partner on Customer Service Initiative

April 8, 2014—AudaExplore signed an agreement Monday to provide its Driver Experience and Repair platforms to MAACO Collision Repair & Auto Painting in an effort to boost the multiple-shop operation’s customer experience and efficiency.

AudaExplore is a data-driven solution provider to insurance carriers, repairers, dealerships and fleet owners.

The company’s various products will assist MAACO with the following:

  • Empowering customers via mobile devices to gain visibility into the entire paint and repair process
  • Improving productivity and generating accurate estimates faster
  • Managing all aspects of the repair and paint workflow—from tracking sales and cycle time to managing employee productivity and parts efficiency.
