April 8, 2014—AudaExplore signed an agreement Monday to provide its Driver Experience and Repair platforms to MAACO Collision Repair & Auto Painting in an effort to boost the multiple-shop operation’s customer experience and efficiency.
AudaExplore is a data-driven solution provider to insurance carriers, repairers, dealerships and fleet owners.
The company’s various products will assist MAACO with the following:
- Empowering customers via mobile devices to gain visibility into the entire paint and repair process
- Improving productivity and generating accurate estimates faster
- Managing all aspects of the repair and paint workflow—from tracking sales and cycle time to managing employee productivity and parts efficiency.

MAACO currently operates 450 shops in the U.S. and Canada.
