Fix Auto adds Seattle repairer to franchise network

April 10, 2012

April 10, 2012—Fix Auto USA this week added Carriage Case Collision Center in Seattle to its franchise network.

With the new shop, now known Fix Auto Northshore, Fix Auto USA operates six franchised collision repair locations in the Seattle market, and 12 locations in the Pacific Northwest region.

“For an independent repairer—even a top performer—it’s becoming increasingly difficult to provide the same value to insurers as larger organizations that offer efficient solutions across multiple locations,” said Jeff Schoonover, owner of Fix Auto Northshore. “Through Fix Auto I am able to offer compelling services and solutions to my insurance company customers. And, I am now part of regional and national-level discussions and benefit from an internal team whose purpose is to ensure my shop is performing to the highest standard. I simply would have been unable to achieve this market position on my own.”

Anaheim Hills, Calif.-based Fix Auto USA developed its franchise model network in January 2011. The company said it currently operates 48 franchise locations throughout four U.S. states—California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington.

“Fix Auto Northshore is a great addition for Fix Auto USA,” said Paul Gange, president and chief operating officer for Fix Auto USA. “Not only are we adding another quality business to our Northwest region, but we are also continuing our growth with best-in-class operators like Jeff who are committed to delivering a high quality product and working within our system to create value for our carrier customers, all while delighting the vehicle owner.”
