SCRS introduces added benefits for EstimateScrubber.com users

Oct. 28, 2011

Oct. 28, 2011—The Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) and its technology partner, VehicleOwnersGuide.com, recently announced two new benefits for repairers using its free online resource EstimateScrubber.com, which is powered by the SCRS Guide to Complete Repair Planning.

Repair facilities now have access to a free PMCLogic paint and materials estimate invoice in the SCRS Guide to Complete Repair Planning scrubber module of EstimateScrubber.com.

PMCLogic is a management tool designed to calculate the amount of paint and materials used to repair and refinish vehicles. Collision repair facilities can receive the paint and materials estimate invoice by forwarding an estimate from EstimateScrubber.com to ComputerLogic for analysis. The invoice will be generated and emailed directly to the collision repair facility, said Richard Palmer, president of ComputerLogic.

Users of EstimateScrubber.com are also able to receive one free label order from Auto Data Labels, a retail value of $100. Auto Data Labels is a manufacturer and distributor of replacement vehicle information labels, including underhood labels, federal safety certification labels, replacement VIN decals, tire pressure labels and warning labels. Repair facilities can receive the label order by completing an online order form on EstimateScrubber.com.

"We are very excited to be working with ComputerLogic and Auto Data Labels to expand the usefulness of the SCRS scrubbing module of EstimateScrubber.com," said Steven Siessman, president of VehicleOwnersGuide.com. "Now besides receiving the benefit of the estimate scrubbing software, which can bring additional revenue into the repair facility and help to maintain consistency in estimating practices, repairers can also receive some very valuable additional services from both of these service providers."
