ABRA Acquires 21st Shop in Colorado

Nov. 26, 2013—ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced Friday the acquisition of Black & White Auto Body and Paint in Colorado Springs, Colo.

The transaction brings the total number of ABRA repair centers in Colorado to 21 and increases ABRA’s corporate and franchise repair centers nationwide to 177 in 17 states.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in Colorado,” said Duane Rouse, president and chief executive officer of ABRA. “Acquiring Black & White Auto Body and Paint reinforces our growth strategy and underscores our commitment to further developing relationships with our customers and insurance partners in the state of Colorado.”
