Jan. 16, 2014—Mitchell, a leading provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions to the collision repairs industry, announced Wednesday a new technology integration with Nuventory LLC.
Nuventory is a web-based software solution that allows collision facilities to create a standard materials list, control the amount of inventory on hand and to track technician usage.
The partnership will allow Mitchell RepairCenter ToolStore users to use those features directly from the RepairCenter Workspace without leaving the Mitchell Repair workspace.
Nuventory is independent of a vendor, which allows shop owners to switch vendors without losing history or having to implement and train software.
"Before Nuventory, the industry had many challenges when it came to materials management, as switching vendors automatically meant installing new software and losing their usage history," said Leslie Ross, CEO of Nuventory.
