April 30, 2012—ABRA Auto Body & Glass on Monday acquired Bradshaw Collision Repair Centers, a five-shop collision repair operation based in Nashville, Tenn.

ABRA’s five new repair centers are located in the Tennessee communities of Nashville, Gallatin, Madison, Franklin and Murfreesboro. Brooklyn Center, Minn.-based ABRA now operates a total of 122 collision repair facilities throughout 12 U.S. states.

“Bradshaw Collision has a rich history of auto body repair in the Nashville area. We are extremely pleased to have the opportunity to continue on the path forged by such a well respected and successful entrepreneur,” said Duane Rouse, president and CEO of ABRA. “Not only does this acquisition align with our growth strategy, but it reinforces ABRA’s footprint in the region and furthers our mission of becoming the leading auto body and glass company in America.”

ABRA said it is continuing an aggressive national growth strategy, and is actively seeking opportunities to acquire additional repair centers in the Tennessee region.
