Chris Brogan discusses social media business strategy

Orlando, Fla., Oct. 7, 2011—Social media and marketing expert Chris Brogan on Thursday delivered a presentation on how social software aligns with organizational business strategies during the opening general session at the 2011 Automotive Service and Repair Week (ASRW) in Orlando, Fla.

Brogan, president and CEO of Human Business Works, educates organizations on the future of business communications and social software technologies. He has more than 11 years of experience in online community, social media and related technologies.

Brogan is the New York Times bestselling co-author of Trust Agents, and a featured monthly columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine. DuPont Performance Coatings sponsored the presentation.
