Sept. 23, 2013—The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) is hosting a webinar on how to use standardized repair status messages to create efficiencies, consistency and increased performance across multiple stakeholders involved with the claims settlement process.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car and CynCast, Inc., two companies with a history of using CIECA BMS messages, will be presenting the use of standardized repair status messages.
The presentation will discuss how standardizing the communication under CIECA standards will simplify the communication that currently differs in the insurance and repair sectors. The webinar will also discuss how including the owner of the vehicle can be beneficial.
The webinar, titled “Vehicle Repair Status,” is scheduled for Oct. 8 from 11 a.m.–12 p.m. CDT.
