SEMA: PPG to premiere Vibrance Collection midcoat

Oct. 28, 2010

October 28, 2010—PPG Automotive Refinish will premiere their new Vibrance Collection midcoat at the 2010 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

The new waterborne midcoat provides special effect pigments when creating tricoat finishes, according to a PPG press release_notes. The midcoat also works as a protection layer over custom graphics, adding depth and various effects.

PPG has an indoor and outdoor exhibit at SEMA that will feature custom vehicles and guitars in a 1950s setting.

SEMA runs from Nov. 2-5 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. For more information, go to semashow.com. For more information about PPG’s refinishing collections, go to ppg.com.
