Ford to Exhibit at ASRW

June 12, 2013

June 12, 2013—Organizers of Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) on Wednesday announced that Ford Motor Co. will be an exhibitor at the 2013 event.

“Every year, ASRW attendees express a great desire to interact and engage with the OEMs to discuss access to repair information, parts information and new vehicle technologies,” said Dan Risley, interim executive director of the Automotive Service Association (ASA).

ASRW organizers said Ford—the first major auto manufacturer to commit to the event—will exhibit in a brand new area of the show floor. Details about the new show area have not yet been release_notesd.

“Ford has had a long standing, positive business relationship with ASA and its members, and we are pleased to continue our support of ASA at one of the industry’s most important trade shows,” said George Gilbert, crash parts merchandising manager for Ford’s Customer Service Division.

ASRW 2013 is scheduled for Oct. 16-18 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Educational sessions will begin Oct. 16, and the show floor will be open Oct. 17-18.
