Oct. 14, 2011—The Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) on Friday announced Bar’s Products Inc. donated $12,000 worth of its Bar’s Leaks and Rislone products to 280 collision school programs through the CREF.

This is the third year that Bar’s Products has made the donation, according to the CREF.

“Collision schools and instructors across the country are facing shrinking budgets for their programs and are in need of tools, equipment and supplies for their students’ instruction. I would like to thank Bar’s Products for coming to the aid of 280 schools through their third annual product offering,” said Scott Kruger, executive director of the CREF. “Bar’s Products has been a continued supporter of the Collision Repair Education Foundation, and the collision school programs, instructors and students are the direct beneficiaries of this support.”

“All the team members at Bar’s Leaks and Rislone believe that the future success of the automotive industry is greatly dependant on the efforts of organizations like the Collision Repair Education Foundation. It is not only our duty to support their efforts, but we take great pride in it as well,” said Jim Moffitt, vice president of sales and marketing for Bar’s Products.
