Nov. 15, 2011—Collision Hub on Monday announced its next episode of Repair University, a live educational video series, will focus on building a strong human resource and workplace infrastructure.
The episode, titled “The Performance Management Challenge,” is the second presentation of a three-part series focusing on the people side of business. A business’ human resource and workplace infrastructure can have a direct impact on employee satisfaction, attraction and retention, which affects a business’ productivity and bottom line, Collision Hub said. The program will give attendees information and tools for creating effective job descriptions, performance appraisals, employee development processes, and identifying high-potential employees.
The episode will feature Daren Fristoe, president of The Fristoe Group Inc.—a provider of human resource products and services for businesses. The episode will air Nov. 22 at 1 p.m. CST at collisionhub.com.
