CSi Complete partners with TenPoint Insurance Solutions

Aug. 2, 2012—CSi Complete has forged a partnership with TenPoint Insurance Solutions.

TenPoint is an IT and business processing company outsourcing services to the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, which requires call center support at times.

"Our partnership with CSi Complete is a great example of how we continue to invest in the insurance industry and of our commitment to power the services that are important to consumers," said TenPoint President and CEO Michael Sturgis. "CSi Complete shares our passion for industry-leading service. The expansion of our partnership is a significant step in fortifying TenPoint as the leading supplier of outsourced services to the P&C and self-insured markets."

CSi Complete is expanding its Plain City, Ohio call center by adding a multi-purpose room, which will be used for training, corporate events and large client meetings. It’s also adding more space to increase call center capacity, according to a news release_notes.

“This relationship is an excellent complement to our strategy of being a valuable source of call center services to the Auto Physical Damage industry,” said CSi Complete President and COO John Webb.
