Oct. 27, 2011—Malco Products Inc. recently announced the acquisition of ReNuLite, a California-based company that specializes in UV curable headlight sealants.
ReNuLite will be sold under Malco Products’ Presta brand—a line of compounds, waxes and polishes offered to the automotive refinish and restoration markets.
“This acquisition will support our plans to expand our Presta product offering to the collision repair industry,” said Seth Glauberman, vice president of sales for Malco Products.
