September 30, 2010—Market Force Information reported consumers are highly satisfied with Allstate, Geico and State Farm’s auto insurance.
In a survey of five auto insurance providers Allstate topped the list, followed closely by State Farm, then Geico, USAA and Progressive followed, according to Market Force Information. The key factor in customer satisfaction was in how the company processes claims, the second most important factor was price.
