AASP-MN to Host Estimating Best Practices Seminar

March 7, 2013

March 7, 2013—The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota (AASP-MN) will host an “Estimating Best Practices” seminar March 29 at Lowell’s Training Center in Edina, Minn.

Led by industry trainer Mike Anderson of Collision Advice, attendees will learn a systematic approach to discover and ensure that all of the “not included” items required to restore a vehicle back to its pre-accident condition are included on the repair plan.

Attendees will also gain a better understanding of what key performance indicators (KPIs) should be monitored when auditing the quality of their estimates.

Other topics addressed include how to write a damage analysis in conjunction with 100 percent disassembly, how to utilize technology to write proper estimates, and “must have” tools for profitable estimating.
