March 12, 2013—GEICO has named Seth Ingall as senior vice president.
In the new position, Ingall will be responsible for GEICO's claims home office, staff counsel, communications and the GEICO Philanthropic Foundation. Ingall will also continue to serve on the board of directors of GEICO’s insurance companies.
“We’re thrilled to have a skilled and experienced officer like Seth Ingall ready to step into the position,” said Tony Nicely, chairman and CEO of GEICO. “I am confident that we won’t miss a beat during this transition, and I know that Seth will continue to lead GEICO to greater heights moving forward.”
Ingall has served as regional vice president for GEICO since 2007. He first led the regional office in Woodbury, N.Y., before moving to GEICO’s regional office in Buffalo, N.Y., last year.
Ingall joined GEICO in 1986 as a Certified Insurance Counselor interviewer before earning his law degree and joining the office of staff counsel.
