AMI accepting applications for NACE, CARS scholarships

Aug. 8, 2012—The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) is accepting applications through Aug. 24 for six scholarships that will help recipients attend NACE and CARS.

The Emil Stanley Merit Award, the BodyShop Business Magazine Scholarship and the Gale Westerlund/Richard Cossette Memorial Scholarship will help recipients pay for expenses to attend NACE, which takes place Oct. 10-13 in New Orleans. The Tom B. Babcox Memorial Scholarship, the Automotive Video Inc. (AVI) Educational Scholarship, and the Zurich “High Octane” Scholarship will help recipients pay for expenses to attend CARS, which also takes place Oct. 10-13 in New Orleans.

Each scholarship amounts to $1,000. Details and requirements can be found on AMI’s website. Applications are being accepted through Aug. 24.
