SEMA launches new show website

July 7, 2011

July 7, 2011 — The SEMA Show’s website got a makeover this year for the first time in nearly a decade, event organizers said Wednesday.

The revamped site offers enhanced online tools, user-friendly navigation and virtual event maps aimed at making registration and planning easier for participants. More features will be added in coming months, including interactive calendars and schedules, a collection of exhibitor press release_notess, celebrity appearances and more.

“The new, modern SEMA Show website gives today’s show goers the tools they need to plan for the event,” said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA vice president of events and communications. “We’re confident that both exhibitors and buyers will find that the website provides them with the resources they need to prepare for the show. Ultimately, participants will be better prepared for the show and have a higher return on their investment.”

The event is set for Nov. 1-4 in Las Vegas. The annual gathering features nearly 2,000 manufacturers, 100,000 industry professionals, dozens of educational seminars and numerous networking opportunities. For more information on the event, go to semashow.com.
