Feb. 21, 2013—The Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) has donated 245 memberships to secondary and post-secondary collision school programs through the Collision Repair Education Foundation.

Through the general membership donation, a $73,500 value, each school will receive a membership certificate, access to SCRS member information and all association communications.

“Supporting our industry’s education system is an integral part of our association’s mission to educate, inform and represent the collision repair professional,” said Aaron Schulenberg, executive director of the SCRS. “It is our hope that the schools and instructors will take advantage of the information and resources, to help educate their students on the activities taking place within the industry, and that the students will foster an appreciation for the support structure that exists within the industry, once they enter the workforce.”
