CARSTAR: 2010 National conference set for Virginia

September 7, 2010—The 2010 CARSTAR National Conference and celebration of CARSTAR’s 21st anniversary will be held in Hot Springs, Va. Sept. 12-15.

CARSTAR franchisees will have the opportunity to meet with CARSTAR's senior leadership on business operations and plans for the future, work with other store owners on key issues, attend educational sessions and participate in the annual awards celebration, according to CARSTAR.

The conference educational class sessions will include:
• I-CAR training
• Estimating
• New repair technology
• Insurance, marketing and relations
• Store productivity
• Employee training and management
• Store expansion, consumer marketing and public relations
• Financial management

The guest speakers include Nancy Friedman, Mike Anderson and Scott Hotalen, according to CARSTAR.
