Passport Auto Group to open new collision center

Oct. 18, 2011—Passport Auto Group on Tuesday announced it will open a new collision repair facility, Passport Collision Center, Oct. 24 in Suitland, Md.

The 47,000-square-foot facility will include 80 work bays, four drive-through prep stations, three down draft spray booths and six detail areas. Passport Collision Center will offer express repair services for appointments such as small bumper repairs, paintless dent repairs and complete vehicle details.

Passport Collision Center said it will use energy-saving equipment, and follow green practices. The shop plans to use waterborne paint, and will recycle all waste paints, core paints, metals, aluminums, oil, coolants, office paper, cardboard and plastic products.
