ContactPoint launches sales and marketing analytics tool

Dec. 2, 2011—ContactPoint, a provider of sales and marketing technology products, on Friday launched a public beta version of, a tool for businesses to manage and measure phone call marketing and sales performance through customized criteria.

LogMyCalls records, measures and analyzes actual interactions businesses have with customers. LogMyCalls unifies business marketing and sales analytics by allowing users to search, tag, score, group and analyze phone calls, according to ContactPoint.

ContactPoint said LogMyCalls includes standard call tracking capabilities, such as a large selection of local and toll-free phone numbers, website dynamic number insertion, integration with customer relationship management (CRM) products and Google Analytics, flexible reports and data export.
