SCRS announces presenters for RDE headline presentation

Sept. 19, 2012

Sept. 19, 2012—The Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) has announced the presenters that will be featured during its second Repairer Driven Education (RDE) headline presentation at the 2012 SEMA Show.

The presentation, called “Game Changers-Innovation Forum,” will discuss fundamentals of how shop leaders can be more innovative, and how that can translate into successful business models and ideas. The panel discussion will be lead by Randy Stabler of Pride Auto Body in Van Nuys, Calif.; Michael Giarrizzo of DCR Systems in Mentor, Ohio; Scott Biggs of the Assured Performance Network in Irvine, Calif.; and Gary Wano of GW & Son Auto Body in Oklahoma City, Okla.

"I think attendees are going to be in for a mind-stretching discussion on the thought processes and general knowledge that go into changing one's business mindset," Giarrizzo said.

The headline presentation is scheduled for Nov. 2 at 10 a.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

“Innovation and creativity serve as the lifeblood for businesses and industries alike, offering the competitive edge necessary to enhance growth and profit. Businesses that have the foresight to harness those advantages through rethinking products, services, processes and business models are able to materialize the greatest level of differentiation between the remainder of the market in the eyes of your customer,” the SCRS said. “The SEMA Show is the perfect playground of possibilities to explore and expand how your business serves its customer base, and the RDE series is the perfect environment to learn how other successful market leaders harness innovation and creativity as an integral part of their business success.”

The 2012 SEMA Show is scheduled for Oct. 30-Nov. 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. During the show, SCRS’ RDE series will feature more than 21 seminars and two headline presentations. For a complete listing and description of all RDE sessions, visit semashow.com/scrs.
