With 30 percent of responding owners/operators in agreement, the single biggest challenge facing collision repair shops today is a shortage of qualified technicians, according to the 2021 FenderBender Industry Survey.


Insurer influence on the repair process was recognized as the single biggest challenge facing operators by 23 percent of respondents.
