Tesla Searches for Factory Space in Central US

Tesla is scouting for locations for a factory to build its electric pickup truck.

March 11, 2020—Tesla is searching for additional factory spaces in the U.S. in order to build its electric pickup, according to a report by Reuters.

Cybertruck, a wedge-shaped pickup, is expected to go into production in late 2021. Elon Musk tweeted that the new location for the factory will, most likely, be located in the Central U.S.
