Nov. 22, 2013—Service King Collision Repair Centers announced on Thursday that it has acquired Accurate Autobody. Service King will immediately take over Accurate Autobody’s nine Tennessee collision repair facilities, as well as the company’s offsite production facility.
“We’re looking forward to partnering with Accurate Autobody and its pristine reputation with consumers and insurance partners,” said Mike Abbott, Service King’s Tennessee market vice president. “Both companies share a similar commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction giving us great confidence in our combined teams’ abilities to deliver superior service to customers in Tennessee.”
With the acquisition, Service King now operates 22 Tennessee locations and more than 100 total locations in Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, Arkansas and Mississippi.
John Hughes, the founder of Accurate Autobody, along with his team members, will be joining more than 2,300 Service King employees across the country.
