Aug. 22, 2019—Joe Hudson's Collision Center (JHCC) on Thursday announced the acquisition of Stallings Collision Center.

Stallings Collision Centers operated locations in Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee. JHCC now operates in nine states throughout the southeast, and the MSO now operates 102 locations in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia and Texas.

Stallings Collision Center has been repairing vehicles since 1991, when they opened their first location in Virginia. Over the past 28 years Stallings Collision Centers grew from their original 1800 square foot shop to a multi-state MSO. Stalling’s Collision Center will be rebranded under the Joe Hudson’s Collision Center brand over the coming months.

Traweek Dickson, an executive with Hudson's, said: “Acquiring Stalling’s Collision Center was a huge acquisition for us. It helps us expand our footprint into new territory, and allows us to help service a new group of customers and better our relationship with insurance and dealership partners."
