Aug. 16, 2019—Pike's CARSTAR Collision recently celebrated its 30th anniversary.
The location in Madison, Ohio, is owned by Doug and Tamara Pike. Doug went to a vocational school and entered the industry as a technician. After being in the business for a few years, the Pikes decided to join a collision repair network created long ago by Lirel Holt.
“I remember when we got our first computer, which was 120MB and nobody thought it belonged in a shop,” says Pike. “It is funny to look back now as we have so much technology in our facility and there is no way I could have guessed that we would be here 30 years later.
"I have a feeling advancements are not slowing any time soon.”
