Keynotes Set for 2019 FenderBender Management Conference

June 20, 2019
Vikings mental strength coach Cindra Kamphoff, Mike Anderson headline this fall’s event.

ST. PAUL, Minn., June 20, 2019—Performance coach and author Cindra Kamphoff, who serves as the mental strength coach for the Minnesota Vikings of the NFL, among other clients, will deliver one of two keynote presentations at the 2019 FenderBender Management Conference, Sept. 30–Oct. 2 in Bloomington, Minn.

Renowned industry trainer, Mike Anderson, also will deliver a keynote, a brand-new, unique presentation about the shifting landscape of collision repair and what shop operators need to do today to be successful in the years ahead.

FenderBender’s Bryce Evans made the announcement Thursday from The Hilton MSP Airport/Mall of America, where the 2019 FenderBender Management Conference will be held, just outside Minneapolis.

“We couldn’t be more excited about our lineup this year,” Evans said. “Both Cindra and Mike will bring unique perspectives on two large focal points for shop operators today.

“Cindra’s experience working with high-performing clients, which includes a number of Fortune 500 companies, will give our audience members a firsthand look at the steps they can take to achieve their full potential. Anyone who has seen her speak, or interacted with her in person, has left inspired to push themselves more in their work and daily lives.”

Kamphoff is a professional speaker, trainer, entrepreneur and professor, known for her Amazon bestseller, Beyond Grit: Ten Powerful Practices to Gain the High-Performance Edge. In the book’s forward, Vikings Pro Bowl wide receiver Adam Thielen credits Kamphoff with helping him rise from an undrafted free agent out of an NCAA Division II program to being one of the NFL’s most productive wideouts. Her presentation will focus on the core tenets of her book, while drawing clear parallels to the ins and outs of shop ownership.

Anderson’s presentation will offer clear, tangible takeaways for audience members on what they can do in their shops today to prepare for industry change and ensure their businesses thrive in the years ahead.

“Mike is a true superstar in the collision repair industry, and this speech will be like nothing he’s done before—a completely new and unique presentation that you won’t find anywhere else,” Evans said. “We can’t say enough how excited we are to have Mike back this year.”

The 2019 FenderBender Management Conference will feature 40 total presentations from more than 20 of the industry’s top shop operators. Each session is designed to provide independent shop owners and managers with straight-from-the-source, tangible strategies that can help them improve their businesses from the moment they step back into the shop.
