Feb. 27, 2019—Polestar has revealed the Polestar 2, a model which is largely viewed as the first electric vehicle to likely compete in the marketplace against the Tesla Model 3.
Polestar has two electric motors and a 78 kWh battery capacity. The standard dynamic chassis can be enhanced by the Performance Pack that provides driving dynamics with Öhlins dampers, Brembo brakes and unique 20-inch forged wheels.
Polestar launched in 2017 and is the electric car performance brand jointly owned by the Volvo Car Group and Zhejiang Geely Holding.
