Axalta, Plenham Form Partnership

Axalta and the parent company of IBIS Worldwide brands on Friday announced a partnership to assist the collision repair industry in establishing new processes.

Jan. 4, 2019—Paint company Axalta and Plenham Ltd., the parent company of IBIS (International Bodyshop Industry Symposium) Worldwide brands, on Friday announced a multiyear partnership to assist the global collision repair industry share ideas for business improvement and to establish new processes.

The agreement will leverage Axalta’s global refinish expertise and aid Plenham’s worldwide media platforms and networks.

Jim Muse, Axalta's vice president of global refinish sales, said the following in a press release: "I am confident that this new alliance between Plenham and Axalta will significantly benefit our customers and the overall global collision repair industry.”

Axalta and Plenham plan to begin their partnership in earnest with the IBIS USA 2019 symposium in San Diego, Feb. 13-15. For more information, click here.
