Dec. 17, 2018—BASF says its customers have industry-leading KPIs after some stores won awards in 2018.

Balise Collision Center of Warwick, R.I., won the Toyota Certified Collision Center of the Year award. Criteria for the award included: achievement of master level training in all departments; strong financials; consistent improvement of key performance indicators; and exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

J & B Body Works of Mount Vernon, NY won the first-ever Bentley Bodyshop of the Year award. Criteria for that award included: submission of KPI repair data; each repairer must demonstrate full system utilization of the Bentley exclusively approved Glasurit 90 Line for all Bentley repairs and must demonstrate high levels of engagement with their nominated Bentley retailer; and winners may have to provide evidence of ensuring all repairs are of the highest quality and are within full compliance of repair processes and procedures.
