Numbers: The Value of 20 Group Participation

The 2018 FenderBender Industry Survey suggests that joining a 20 Group increases a shop owner’s odds of gaining high gross profits.

Figures from the 2018 FenderBender Industry Survey indicate that 20 Group participation typically pays off for shop operators. Yet, barely one-third (33.5 percent) of the survey’s respondents take part in the peer groups.

The survey’s findings would seem to suggest that, by having a group of industry peers to bounce ideas off, shop owners are often left with solid gross profits, and stellar CSI scores. Here’s a closer examination of the numbers:
