Oct. 31, 2018—As the next phase of their evolving OEM certification program, Assured Performance Network on Tuesday announced their Certified Repair Program.

The new program will attempt to provide the ability to ensure the repair quality output of their nearly 3,000 certified repair providers. The certified repair program is based upon the 5Ms of quality production management popularized by Kaoru Ishikawa. Assured Performance’s main tools to aid collision repair are ShopOps, OE-QC, dataIQ KPI scorecards, and shop skills inventory. Combined, those solutions are believed to offer certified repair providers the ability to offer certified repairs based upon the 5Ms of machine, method, materials, man, and measurement.

A critical detail of the program is that a certified repair provider documents the repair and provides a certificate. And one element of the program, ShopOps, is already in use by over 2,000 Assured Performance certified repair providers.

For more information about Assured Performance, the company welcomes phone calls at 949-221-0010.
