WIN announces new board members

April 5, 2012

April 5, 2012—The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) this week named two additional members to its board of directors.

The following individuals were added to WIN’s board:

Jessica Voss-Kehl, senior product development supervisor for 3M
Melissa Perez, district sales manager for FinishMaster Inc.

WIN said its new board members will be officially introduced during the organization’s annual conference, which is scheduled for May 6-8 at the Intercontinental Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta.

"It is our honor to welcome these talented collision industry leaders to the 2012 WIN board of directors,” said Denise Caspersen, collision manager for the Automotive Service Association (ASA) and chair of WIN’s board development committee. “As we embark on our strategic initiatives for 2012, these women will be actively involved in supporting educational efforts for women in the industry, enhancing WIN's value proposition and promoting women’s initiatives across all segments of our industry."

WIN’s board consists of professionals throughout various segments of the collision repair industry, including shop owners, jobbers, suppliers, consultants, paint companies and insurance companies. WIN’s board members, who serve three-year terms, work together to guide the organization and foster an environment that encourages the education, recruitment, retention and networking of women in the collision repair industry.
