Dickinson Fleet Services has announced the acquisition of Fleet Technology & Maintenance Corporation and Truck City Body Company, solidifying the company’s position in the south Florida market.

October 19, 2018—Dickinson Fleet Services announced the acquisition of Fleet Technology & Maintenance Corporation (FTM) and Truck City Body Company, continuing Dickinson’s growth trajectory and solidifying the company’s position in the south Florida fleet services market, according AP News.

The acquisition will position Dickinson Fleet Services as one of the largest independent truck repair and fleet management companies in south Florida, according to the report.

Truck City Body Company offers a variety of collision repair and paint services for all heavy trucks, commercial buses and trailers. The acquisition of Fleet Technology Maintenance Corporation and Truck City Body Company represents the sixth acquisition completed by DFS in partnership with Ridgemont Equity Partners since Ridgemont’s investment in Dickinson in early 2017.
