How Working with Other Industry Members Improves the Bottom Line
Beyond training classes, there are a multitude of resources available to shop owners through various groups and coaches, whether that be an industry association, a 20 Group or a consultant. In the FenderBender Industry Survey, we asked respondents which of those three options they use.
In total, 24 percent uses consultants or business coaches, 34 percent use 20 Groups or other peer networking groups, and 44 percent are involved with a state, regional or national association. Here’s how those three scenarios affect shop KPIs, on average.
