March 1, 2018—The Boyd Group today announced the Feb. 23, 2018 acquisition of three collision repair centers in Dallas and its neighbouring suburbs. These centers were previously operated as Earth Collision Center.
This operation was founded in Carrollton in 2010. With success in this market, additional locations were opened in The Colony and Dallas, in 2012 and 2017, respectively.
Carrollton and The Colony are cities in Denton County, a northern suburb of Dallas. Located in northeastern Texas, these three locations span a 22 mile radius from The Colony down to Dallas.
The Boyd Group is continuously looking to add new collision repair locations to its existing network in Canada and the U.S.
