In her role as SVP of Collision, Tanya oversees OEC’s collision strategy and platforms, ensuring continued innovation, value delivery, and exceptional service to stakeholders, partners, and customers in collision repair.  Tanya has decades of experience across collision repair including at Caliber, Audatex, and Solera in service, software and SaaS, building and leading teams across go-to-market functions as well as strategy, product management, engineering, and business delivery. Tanya joined OEC in 2021 through the acquisition of OEMiQ, a company she co-founded with the mission to drive safety, trust and transparency into vehicle repair by making repair research and planning easier, faster and more effective for repair teams in the US and Canada.  Since 2021, Tanya has led OEC’s collision strategy and the Advanced Repair Technologies division when the RepairLogic repair planning platform was delivered to the market in 2022. Tanya volunteers her time to advance the collision industry, currently serving in an advisory role for the Collision Engineering Careers Alliance and as an IBIS Ambassador for IBIS Worldwide. In addition, she is the Immediate Past Chair of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) in her 7th year on the Board of Directors. Tanya earned a bachelor’s degree from George Fox University and lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband where she is the proud mother of three adult children pursuing their careers and education nearby and stepmother of two.

Jennifer Boyer is the Executive Director of Customer Success and Parts Operations for Ford Motor Company. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for the functions serving Ford and Lincoln owners during their ownership experience as well as bringing Ford’s resources to the collision industry to deliver positive experiences for owners needing vehicle collision repairs. Jennifer is a member of the I-Car Board of Directors. She is also engaged in WIN, Women’s Industry Network, among other industry forums. During her tenure with Ford, she has held numerous positions in Marketing, Sales & Service and Global Data Insights & Analytics.  Prior to working for Ford, Jennifer worked for Marriott Corporation. Jennifer received her M.B.A. from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Collision Engineering Career Alliance

Mary Mahoney is the newly appointed President of the Collision Engineering Career Alliance, a nonprofit organization that unites industry and education with the goal of training the next generation of collision repair professionals. Mahoney is a collision industry veteran, retiring in February of 2026 from Enterprise Mobility after 40 years with the company, serving most recently in the role of Vice President of the Replacement & Leisure Division. In that role, she managed relationships with all collision repair stakeholders including insurance companies, collision repairers, dealers, and OEMs. She is also actively engaged in additional industry associations, including WIN, Women's Industry Network, who recognized her with the prestigious Most Influential Woman (MIW) award in 2018.
