Shifting its market strategy from large truck and SUV customization, TAG Motorsports is now focusing on smaller, fuel-efficient vehicles in the aftermarket. Under new ownership, the San Diego-based company will kick off the strategic change with a July month-long grand opening that aims to solidify TAG’s position as the region’s prominent “restyler” for smaller, more economical vehicles. "The TAG acquisition adds a new blend of products and services that give our organization a whole new tier to build on. Given the fact that the large vehicle aftermarket business is shrinking, we will apply TAG's foundation of restyling expertise where the opportunity for growth is now presenting itself; with owners of economy cars, trucks, and crossovers," says John Andonian, TAG president. Throughout July, TAG will offer a free tire with the purchase of three. The sale offer is good for all tire brands and types sold by the company, including BFGoodrich, Michelin, Goodyear, Falken, Pirelli and Dunlop. A 0-percent interest rate for six months is available with a Goodyear Credit Card. TAG will also conduct a random drawing at the end of the month to give away a total of four gas cards worth $250 each. No purchase is required to complete an entry form for a chance to win.
