Building on Refinity capabilities, Surventis is now introducing LightAssist, a further enhancement to the visualization in ImagePLUS, according to a news release. 

Refinity is a cloud-based digital platform that connects products, services, and business solutions in one ecosystem. Within Refinity, the Color module supports painters with color identification, retrieval and match evaluation throughout the color matching process. 

LightAssist adds a visualization mode that should improve the visibility of subtle differences in color, texture and effect, making match candidates easier to assess and compare on screen. 

By enhancing the visibility of these differences, LightAssist helps painters evaluate match candidates with greater confidence and make faster, more informed decisions. The functionality complements a painter's expertise and supports a more efficient digital color matching process.

Rather than replacing existing processes or painter expertise, LightAssist provides an additional assessment option within Refinity’s end-to-end digital color process. Body shops can use it to identify non-matching formulas earlier, make more confident match decisions and reduce avoidable process steps.
