Focus Advisors Advises Key Collision on Sale to Caliber

Focus Advisors served as the exclusive advisor to Key Collision in the sale of 10 New England locations to Caliber Collision. Following the transaction, Caliber's national network spans 44 states.

“Joining the Caliber family is an exciting next chapter for Key Collision and our team,” said John Stolz, former chief operating officer of Key Collision. “Caliber shares the commitment to quality and customer care that has guided our business for more than 30 years, while bringing additional resources, technology and opportunities for our teammates. We are proud of what we have built in New England and look forward to continuing that legacy as part of Caliber.”

Key Collision operated independently but was affiliated with Key Auto Group, a New Hampshire-based dealer group. The collision business grew out of Key Auto Group’s dealership network, starting in 1992 as a single body shop attached to one of the group’s Portsmouth dealerships. It has since become New England’s leading independent collision repair platform across three states: Maine (Portland), New Hampshire (Concord, Nashua, Portsmouth, Salem, Rochester, Manchester, and Keene), and Vermont (Colchester and South Burlington).

“Building Key Collision was never about adding locations — it was about building something our customers could count on for the long run,” said Steve Titus, CFO of Key Collision. “Handing that off to a partner who will keep investing in these shops and our amazing teammates means everything to our leadership team.”

Crash Champions Acquires Eighth Mississippi Location

Crash Champions acquired Key Collision of Southaven in Southaven, Mississippi. The repair center is Crash Champions’ eighth location in the Magnolia State.

“As we continue to grow, our priorities remain unchanged: investing in our people, delivering an exceptional experience for our customers, and being a trusted partner in the communities we serve,” said Matt Ebert, Founder and CEO of Crash Champions. “We’re proud to strengthen our presence in Mississippi and excited to welcome our newest Crash Champions team members as we build on the strong foundation they’ve established in the community.”

CollisionRight Makes New Acquisitions in Pennsylvania and Michigan

CollisionRight acquired Kozminski Auto Body in Mars, Pennsylvania, and Superior Collision in Marquette, Michigan. The additions bring its footprint to 134 locations nationwide. CollisionRight said in a post on LinkedIn that it will support the new teams and build on their strong reputations and commitment to excellence.

VIVE Collision Expands Pennsylvania Presence with Acquisition of Joe DiIorio Auto Body

VIVE Collision acquired Joe DiIorio Auto Body in Homestead, Pennsylvania. The addition marks VIVE Collision’s 80th location.

A family-owned and operated business serving the Mon Valley since 1968, Joe DiIorio Auto Body has built a longstanding reputation for high-quality collision repair and personalized customer service.

“Reaching 80 locations is an important milestone for VIVE, but the opportunity to welcome a business like Joe DiIorio Auto Body is what makes that growth meaningful,” said Vartan Jerian, Jr., CEO and Founder of VIVE Collision. “For nearly six decades, the DiIorio family and team have earned the trust of the Homestead and Mon Valley communities by taking care of people and doing quality work. We respect what they’ve built and are proud to carry that legacy forward while investing in the team, facility, and resources available to customers in this market.”
