The Better Business Bureau is investigating a body shop in Lakewood, Colo., after a customer said the shop did not finish repairs on his car and took parts from it.

Dennis Wooten took his car to a Colorado shop for repairs, but claims the body shop didn’t do the work it promised and billed his insurance company for parts that were never replaced. Once a local news outlet was alerted, it became a local story.
