2024 FenderBender Industry Survey Now Open

Feb. 1, 2024
The annual survey is designed to provide a snapshot of the state of the industry through the feedback of shop owners and operators throughout the country.

FenderBender wants to hear from you!
We've launched our 2024 Industry Survey. Shop owners and operators can participate in the leading survey covering management strategies, KPIs, and ownership practices in the collision repair business.

“In order to get a clear snapshot of our industry leaders, we need shop owners to share these key insights,” said Matt Hudson, group editorial director at FenderBender. “After we compile the survey reports, they will be made available to everyone for free on our website.”

We expect you'll take around 15 minutes to answer questions about your shop(s), some business metrics, staff, tools and equipment, and much more. There are spots for you to give personalized answers, but we won't share or publicize those without your permission.

In the fall, you can read a full report of the survey findings in print and online.
