Dec. 17, 2012—ABRA Auto Body & Glass has acquired Collision Solutions, a five-shop collision repair operation based in the Indianapolis market.

ABRA’s five new shops, which have operated for more than 30 years, will serve the Indiana communities of Kensington Commons, Robbins Park, Beech Grove, Shelton Heights and Westfield.

“I was impressed with ABRA’s approach to the acquisition process and their commitment to acquiring top quality facilities,” said Aaron Clark, co-founder of Collision Solutions. “They also value the importance of developing employee talent and building a culture of ethics, integrity and teamwork. I know ABRA will be a great fit for our employees as our cultures are very much aligned.”

With the acquisition, Brooklyn Center, Minn.-based ABRA now operates 132 collision repair facilities throughout 14 U.S. states.
