Leading the way with top-notch resources, facilities and instructors, Toyota offers Collision Repair & Refinish Training (CR&RT) to both Toyota dealers and independent repair shops.

Toyota’s training provides you with the tools and experience you need to return Toyota and Lexus vehicles to pre-accident condition.  In-depth, hands-on, instructor-led training is rarely offered directly from a manufacturer — every dealer and independent repair shop should take advantage of this special educational opportunity.

All Toyota trainers hold ASE Master Certified Collision Repair/Refinish Certification and training is conducted at three state-of-the-art campuses: Jacksonville, Florida; West Caldwell, New Jersey; and Torrance, California.

Toyota Training Advantages

Toyota CR&RT has several distinct advantages:

  • Technicians practice restoring vehicles to original factory specifications
  • Builds customer confidence
  • Helps you better negotiate with insurers

Restore Vehicles to Factory Specifications

Technicians are never left guessing about how to perform a repair correctly. Not only do they learn how to repair Toyota and Lexus and vehicles with vehicle-specific information provided by the manufacturer, they master those skills by spending one-on-one time with the instructors as they repair vehicles in the training center.

Customer Confidence

Toyota’s training can also help distinguish your shop from others. Students who successfully perform repairs receive a certificate of completion which can in turn, boost customer confidence. Customers are more likely to choose your shop over another knowing that your technicians are highly trained.

Negotiate with Insurers

Thanks to CR&RT your technicians will be more knowledgeable about factory recommended repair processes, giving you a competitive edge and making it easier to negotiate with insurers.
